Reality Begins…

Well our AMAZING summer is winding up and daddy is heading back to work next week. I’m feeling much better about it and I’m sure the next few months will be quite the adjustment for all of us girls, but we will find our groove soon I’m sure. We are going to the Evergreen State Fair for some final summer fun tomorrow, I cannot believe that it is already the end of August. The weather seems to be making a turn to fall here in Washington, we have had tons of rain and the leaves are already changing. Maybe we will have a really nice September/October…I’m hoping for not too much rain so I can keep Sarah Jo running outside while daddy is at work.
Sarah Jo is doing great in gymnastics and swimming. She is moving up from Baby Grads to Pre 2 in swimming and is moving from Monkey/Parent Class to Monkey 3 in gymnastics. Samantha and I will accompany Sarah Jo to music class until January and then she will be on her own there as well. Around the first of the year Jeff and I will need look into and make a decision about preschool for Sarah Jo next year. I already have a list of schools that I want to look at. They have all been recommendations from others and are all close to the house, good criteria to begin with I think! I cannot even believe that Sarah Jo can be old enough to start preschool next year…that’s my baby! I was just talking with my friend Diana this morning that it took so very long to get these 2 little girls in our lives…now it seems like time is just flying by. We both agreed it should be the other way around, easy to get them here and they stay little for a long time!
Samantha Jane is so very cute and sweet! As long as she is fed, burped, and changed, she is so happy! The girl will also sleep anywhere and through anything…gotta love that! She is really starting to laugh and smile, especially at Sarah Jo and she loves to watch her big sister run around. She has mastered rolling from her stomach to her back and is constantly moving her arms and legs…she reminds me so much of Miss Sarah Jo at this age. She will be 3 months on September 1st…impossible!
